Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aidoers.io and any products or services AI Doers makes available (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AI Doers is an independent team producing industry marketing intelligence toolkits (“Toolkits”) for DTC and B2B operators. Founded in 2025. Contact: hello@aidoers.io.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you are.

3. Engagements and fees

• AI Doers provides marketing services on a consultation, project, or retainer basis. Fees, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
• All initial discovery calls are free. There is no obligation to engage after a free consultation.
• For paid engagements, invoices are issued per the agreed payment schedule and are payable in the currency specified on the invoice.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, payment-processor fees, or third-party platform costs that apply to your engagement.

4. License to Toolkits

When you purchase a Toolkit we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the Toolkit materials inside your own business.
• Adapt, remix, and rewrite the included prompts, copy, and briefs for your own campaigns.
• Incorporate the assets into your own creative and advertising output.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Toolkit to third parties.
• Share your purchased download link or files publicly.
• Use the materials to build a directly-competing commercial product.
• Remove attribution or copyright notices where present.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including copy, code, charts, visual design, and software — is owned by AI Doers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your license under Section 4 is the only right you receive; no other rights are transferred.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Interfere with, probe, or scrape the Service at a volume that degrades performance for others.
• Use the materials to produce content that is defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful.

7. Third-party content and links

The Service may link to third-party sites and embed third-party content (e.g. industry benchmark sources). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and Toolkits are provided “as is” and “as available.” Benchmarks and cost figures are estimates drawn from public industry research and will vary based on creative, audience, season, and platform changes. We do not guarantee any business outcome, revenue, or performance result from using the Toolkits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Doers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid AI Doers in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Doers is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
