AI Doers (“we”, “us”, or “AI Doers”) operates the website aidoers.io and related services (the “Service”). This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1.1 Information you provide

• Email address — when you sign up for newsletters, make a purchase, or request a free download.
• Purchase details — the industry toolkit you bought, the Solana wallet address the payment originated from, the transaction signature, and the timestamp.
• Communications — the contents of any message you send us through the contact form or email.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. Retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
• Cookies — only the minimum required for session integrity and analytics. See our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

• To fulfill purchases and deliver the files you bought.
• To send you transactional emails (download links, purchase receipts, update notices).
• To send marketing emails — only if you explicitly opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To improve the Service by analyzing aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention, lawful requests).

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary:

• Email delivery — a third-party ESP (currently Klaviyo) to send transactional and marketing emails.
• Hosting — cloud infrastructure providers (currently AWS and Vercel) to store files and serve the website.
• Payment verification — public Solana blockchain RPC providers to confirm transactions. Wallet addresses and transaction signatures on the Solana blockchain are public by design.
• Legal authorities — if required by a valid legal process.

4. How we protect your information

We use industry-standard security controls: HTTPS on all traffic, encrypted storage at rest, scoped access tokens, and periodic credential rotation. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we actively work to minimize risk.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data or delete data we no longer need.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time (via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at people under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
